Custom Coaching Solutions offers 1-on-1 life coaching for men who are not progressing to their potential. They may be failing to launch, abusing drugs or alcohol, or simply making poor choices and failing to take responsibility for their own lives. Their parents are often worried, stressed out, and exasperated. Our personalized coaching takes the stress off of the parents and helps their sons embark on a healthy path. We achieve this through daily accountability, positive habit building, skill development, and goal setting.

“Failure to launch syndrome” describes young adults (18-30yrs) who are unable to be independent and rely heavily on their parents for housing, money, food, and/or emotional support. Many of these young people are living with their parents, working part time or not at all, and are making a minimal effort to change their situation.
Most of them are young men struggling with the transition from adolescence to adulthood. On the surface, they might appear entitled, ungrateful, or just plain lazy. Underneath, these problems stem from anxiety, depression, and/or a lack of confidence in their abilities. They may fail out of college and/or seek relief in the form of drugs, alcohol, or video games. As a parent, this can be very painful to witness.

Meet Coach Johnny
Coach Johnny Henderson has been helping young men launch for 20 years. As a certified life and recovery coach and the author of Invisible Landmines, Johnny excels at creating solutions that work for every client. Johnny overcame his own struggles with alcohol and depression in the past and feels called to help other young men find health, happiness, and fulfillment.
